🌿 Crafted in a Home Kitchen
Spell & Spoon's handcrafted teas, cocoa blends, culinary salts, bath tea blends, and select seasonal goods are lovingly prepared in our home kitchen in Oklahoma.
We operate under the Oklahoma Homemade Food Freedom Act, which allows certain homemade food products to be prepared and sold directly to customers without a commercial kitchen.
Every blend is made in small batches with care, attention, and quality ingredients.

Because Spell & Spoon operates under Oklahoma's cottage food laws:
• Products are prepared in a home kitchen.
• The kitchen is not inspected by the Oklahoma Department of Health.
• Products are sold directly to customers through our website, local markets, and approved pickup locations.
• Every product is labeled according to Oklahoma requirements.
